The Menlo Park Fire Protection District follows the State of California minimum adopted codes of the 2010 family of CA Building Codes which includes the 2010 CA Fire Code, adopted references and standards and all local ordinances of the County of San Mateo, Town of Atherton, City of East Palo Alto.
Over The Counter Information
The Menlo Park Fire District Prevention office is offering Over The Counter (OTC) plan review: Plans will be reviewed by pre-scheduled appointments with a limit to a half hour per appointment. Please call 650-688-8425 to schedule an appointment. Standard submittal fees and requirements still apply. Review will be denied if not complete. |
OTC shall consist of :
Minor sprinkler systems that would not require calculations.
Minor alarm systems that would not require calculations.
Minor Haz Mat that has been pre approved by Ron Keefer on his day.
