March 26, 2017 at 2:15 AM, Sunday, Menlo Park Fire District, Menlo Park Police Department, and CHP responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of University and Bayshore Highway. Initial responding units arrived to find a multi vehicle crash, with one vehicle into a pole. Firefighters quickly requested additional resources, and a total of 4 trauma patients were transported to a local hospital. Unknown at this time if speed or alcohol played a factor in the crash.
