Welcome to the Human Resources Division The Human Resources Division commits to being an employee-centric organization while ensuring that we have the talent and resources needed to provide exceptional services and programs to the communities we serve. We provide leadership, expertise and guidance through our recruitment and sourcing efforts, labor relationships, classification and compensation, benefits administration, payroll, safety and worker’s compensation, performance management, and training.
