The Human Resources Division commits to being an employee-centric organization while ensuring that we have the talent and resources needed to provide exceptional services and programs to the communities we serve. We provide leadership, expertise and guidance through our recruitment and sourcing efforts, labor relationships, classification and compensation, benefits administration, payroll, safety and worker’s compensation, performance management, and training. We deliver human resources services to approximately 145 District employees and we are dedicated to investing in our employees through employee development and training, as well as fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture.
